This research aims to analyze the implementation of marketing mix digitalization as a business strategy at the Holiday Resort Lombok and design an appropriate digitalization model.</p> <p><strong>Research methods:</strong> This research uses a qualitative approach with a focus on the analysis and interpretation of written material. Sustainable marketing and tourism theory is used as a basis for the discussion.</p> <p><strong>Findings:</strong> The digitalization of the 7P marketing mix at Holiday Resort Lombok has been applied to all elements of the marketing mix, but the implementation is still limited and not yet optimally integrated. The main obstacles in implementing this include limited funding, technology, human resources, and hotel management planning which does not fully support comprehensive digitalization.</p> <p><strong>Implications:</strong> This research produces seven marketing mix digitalization models which include digitalization of products, prices, places, promotions, people, processes and physical evidence. This research aims to formulate a model for sustainable tourism development in this village.</p> <p><strong>Research methods:</strong> The research uses a qualitative approach with interview, observation, study document, and focus group discussion (FGD) methods to obtain data from various stakeholders, including Village Head, Head of Tourism Awareness Groups (Pokdarwis), Head of Farmer Groups, and actors local MSMEs.</p> <p><strong>Findings:</strong> The effective sustainable tourism development model in Buwun Sejati Tourism Village include four main components: involving local communities in planning and decision making, strengthening community capacity and empowerment, developing nature and culture-based tourism products, and implementing environmentally sustainable practices. The revitalization is designed to increase tourist attraction, support the welfare of local communities, and preserve the environment.</p> <p><strong>Research methods:</strong> The research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach, involving in-depth interviews with various stakeholders as well as direct observations in the field to evaluate the impact of revitalization. The data collected was then analyzed based on the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) theory which integrates economic, social and environmental aspects. <strong>Findings:</strong> The revitalization has succeeded in improving infrastructure and public facilities, which has had a positive impact on the number of tourist visits and Regional Original Income (PAD). Empowering local communities through training and involvement in tourism destination management also contributes to increasing social welfare and economic independence. Several analysis methods used include summary of Internal Factor Analysis (IFAS), summary of External Factor Analysis (EFAS), Internal-External Matrix (IE), SWOT Analysis, and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix Analysis (QSPM).</p> <p><strong>Finding</strong><strong>s</strong><strong>:</strong> The internal and external factors have influenced the development of Taro Village into a sustainable cultural tourism village. This project is implemented in Payogan Village, Gianyar District, Bali, and is designed to minimize negative impacts on the environment while strengthening socio-economic relations with the local community.</p> <p><strong>Research methods:</strong> This research uses a mixed-methods approach that combines quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative data was obtained through field observations and project performance analysis using the earned value method, while qualitative data was collected through semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions with key stakeholders.</p> <p><strong>Findings:</strong> The application of the green building concept at The Daun Villa has succeeded in reducing the carbon footprint through the use of local building materials such as wood and bamboo as well as energy-saving technology such as solar panels and LED lights. Its variable is green practice including green action, green food, and green donation. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires, observations, document studies, and interviews using purposive sampling techniques.</p> <p><strong>Findings:</strong> The green food variable has a relatively high average value and respondents consider this indicator important, so this is done by innovating Natys Restaurant Ubud to create environmentally friendly products and processes and the impact of implementing green practices is good for companies to carry out the 3Rs (reduce, reuse and recycle).</p> <p><strong>Implications:</strong> The concept of green tourism is an important aspect that needs to be implemented in protecting the environment.
