The data analysis techniques are interactive data analysis techniques with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, document studies and focus group discussions (FGD).

Findings: The Aik Berik Geosite is still not optimal in developing tourism in accordance with triple bottom line principles both from a social, economic and environmental perspective. The Aik Berik Geosite is still unable to maintain its cultural richness and meet visitors' expectations, so the visits continue to decline, which has an impact on the welfare of the community, until finally the community expands its land because tourism is unable to provide economic prosperity, which causes environmental degradation.

Implications: The results of the FGD recommend that the Rinjani-Lombok UNESCO Global Geopark Management Agency apply the pentahelix concept in tourism development at the Aik Berik Geosite so that the Aik Berik Geosite is able to maximize economic, social and environmental benefits.
2024-11-02T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 https://ejournal.sidyanusa.org/index.php/injogt/article/view/695Integrating Sustainable Tourism Image with Tourist Satisfaction and Loyalty at Mandalika Special Economic Zone 2024-11-02T15:05:30+07:00Yusrin Hafizan[email protected]I Gede Mudana[email protected]I Ketut Budarma[email protected]
Purpose: This research aims to determine the level of satisfaction of tourists in Mandalika Special Economic Zone, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia, regarding the destination's image with the hope of producing recommendations to decision makers and evaluating the effectiveness of a program.

Research methods: It uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Models (SEM). There was no discussion, no story, only the purpose of the research.

Research methods: This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach, where data is obtained from water use reports before and after the implementation of the RO system. The analysis was carried out by comparing operational costs, water use efficiency, and Return on Investment (ROI) of the RO system.

Findings: The research results show that the application of RO technology has succeeded in reducing the cost of purchasing clean water by up to 25-35%, and produces an ROI of 27.07% with a payback period of around 3.7 years. Apart from that, the implementation of the RO system also supports the principle of sustainability in the context of the triple bottom line, especially in the economic dimension. Hotels are not only able to reduce operational costs significantly, but also increase company value by demonstrating commitment to sustainable practices that are environmentally friendly and economical.

Implications: This research recommends optimizing the use of rejected water from the RO process for other purposes such as filling saltwater pools and spa treatments, in order to maximize resource efficiency and improve economic sustainability and hotel service quality.
2024-11-02T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 https://ejournal.sidyanusa.org/index.php/injogt/article/view/699The Application of Digital Point Sales Service in Supporting the Initiation of Green Hotel at Rascals Hotel Kuta Lombok2024-11-02T15:17:52+07:00Muhamad Jumadi[email protected]I Putu Astawa[email protected]Gede Ginaya[email protected]
Purpose: The aim of this research is to explore the application of digital technology and to find out its integrated model with green hotel concept at Rascals Hotel Kuta Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia.

Research methods: This research used qualitative case studi approach.
