Writing Procedure Manuscripts for Journal of Aesthetics, Design, and Art Management,

TITTLE

[Title Format: Arial, Initial Capital Letter, Font Size 14, Bold, Center, Single Line Spacing]

Title is kept short, interesting, and shows the subject of discussion.

The word count is not more than 15 words.

Write name of the author without titles and positions; do not abbreviate the name, write the name of the institution clearly.

Abstract (10pt, bold Abstract written in English with a maximum of 200 words, must contain:)

Purpose (10pt, bold): with simple words tell about the purpose of the research. There was no discussion, no story, only the purpose of the research.

Research methods (10pt, bold): give names, brands, types of tools, processes, software, reviews, and surveys used to conduct the research. There is no discussion or explanation with 60 words maximum.

Findings (10pt, bold): Write only the main results and discussion in a few words. There is no discussion or explanation.

Implications (10pt, bold): Write down the implications/meaning of the research results in a few words. The contents of the abstract are written using Arial fonts, 10pt, 1,0 spacing, and in a one-column format

Keywords (10pt, bold): letters, journals, format [words written in lowercase except for abbreviations, in 3-6 words, separated by commas, Arial, 10pt. Use words or phrases that precisely describe the article's contents, consider the ease of keywords when searching in search engines (for example, searches using Google), and don't use unusual abbreviations.

The introduction contains background and objectives of the research based on problems and phenomena as well as their relationship with existing theories. Show the novelty of existing research.

 

RESEARCH METHODS [CHAPTER TITLE WRITTEN WITH CAPITAL, ARIAL, 12] ?This part explains the research approach undertaken, the focus of the research, the respondents, the size and determination of the sample, and how to collect and analyze data.

 

FINDINGS [CHAPTER TITLE WRITTEN WITH CAPITAL, ARIAL, 12] ?This part contains the results of the research and discussion of the data found, and the meaning and or implications of the research results (scientific impact).

 

CONCLUSION [CHAPTER TITLE WRITTEN WITH CAPITAL, ARIAL, 12] ?This part contains research conclusions and suggestions for further research.

Equations or formulas are written to include the equation number sequentially using Arabic numerals in parentheses. Equation numbers are tabbed to right-align the equation numbers as shown below:

Manuscript Format

Script Length [Title section: Arial, 12pt, Bold, Capital Letters at the Beginning of Words]

Manuscripts are written in A4 paper size with 10-15 pages, including tables and figures, and concerning the writing procedures as they have been compiled in this writing or style guide.

 

Manuscript Organization

Every paragraph change without blank line spacing, and start the paragraph with indented writing on the 7th space beat to create the first letter. The line spacing for scripts is single—numbering headings with Arabic system with sub-headings up to a maximum of 3 levels.

 

Table

Tables must be numbered in the order of presentation (Table 1, Table 2, etc.). To show where the table is, use the number from the table. Don't use the words below, above, the following, etc. The table's title is written on the table in a centered position. Registering the table number is followed by a colon (:). The Arial font size used is 10pt, and the part of the writing is in the middle (centered). Each table description is accompanied by a source or reference marked with square brackets [...] at the opening and closing source.

(horizontal borders are only used at the start and end without vertical lines, each horizontal column uses gray and white alternately)

 

Figure 

The figure must be numbered in the order of presentation (Figure 1, Figure 2, etc.). The figure title is placed below the figure with the center position (centered). Writing the figure number is followed by a period (.) Then the title of the figure. The Arial font size used is 10pt, the position in the middle. Each description of the figure adds Source or reference is marked with square brackets [...] on the opening and closing of the Source. Each table description comes with the Source or reference. To indicate the figure's location, use the figure's number. Don't use the words below, above, the following, etc.

REFERENCES [CHAPTER TITLE WRITTEN WITH CAPITAL, ARIAL, 12]

Write a bibliography using the following conditions;

1) Use at least 12 journal articles. 

2) Use journal references in the last decade at 30% of the total reference.

3) Use citation software in citing the referenced source.

4) Use the standard writing of a bibliography based on IEEE Style method described as follows:

The style of bibliography is using IEEE style. The writing of references uses numbers that are enclosed in square brackets like this [1]. The references are written sequentially and all which are written in references should be referred into the writing or paper.

LAYOUT AND SPECIFICATIONS

Specification

The writing manuscript uses an Arial typeface for the entire manuscript, with the letter size exemplified in this writing guide. Spacing is single, and the contents of the text or text use the left-right alignment (justified).

Page Size

The page size is A4 (210 mm x 297 mm). Page margins are 2.5 cm on top and bottom. Especially for odd pages, use a 3 cm margin, and for even pages, use a 3 cm margin; the rest follows the top-down margins.

Script Layout

An easy way to make layouts is to use this guide directly.

Headings

Leave a blank line between different chapters and between sub-chapters in the text.

Acknowledgments indicate sources of funding or help received in carrying out the research or preparing the manuscript, if any.

This guide has explained how the manuscripts/articles must be written and prepared for publication in the Journal of Aesthetics, Design, and Art Management. All incoming texts will go through a review process by I Journal of Aesthetics, Design, and Art Management Peer Reviewers. Articles that have been accepted will be published by the Journal of Aesthetics, Design, and Art Management at https://ejournal.catuspata.com/index.php/jadam, which is scheduled to be published two times a year.
