Articles published in the Krisnadana Journal (Computer, Control Systems, & Networks), whether in hard copy or soft copy, are available as open access for educational, research, and library purposes. For uses beyond these, the editorial board of the Krisnadana Journal (Computer, Control Systems, & Networks) is not responsible for any illegal copyright infringements. This journal also implements LOCKSS and CLOKSS archiving.

The Krisnadana Journal adheres to the I4OC standards for open citations, meaning all content is freely available without charge to the users or their institutions. I4OC aims to make not only the full-text articles accessible to the public but also to publish the references within the articles. The Initiative for Open Citations (I4OC) is a collaboration among scientific publishers, researchers, and other stakeholders to promote the unrestricted availability of scientific citation data.

The Krisnadana Journal allows authors to store all versions of their work in an institutional repository or any other repository of the author's choice. The Open Access pathways permitted by this journal’s policy are listed below according to the version of the article:
