In the Krisnadana Journal (Computer, Control Systems, & Networks), the author's copyright establishes that the publication of articles published is owned by the editorial board with the author's consent, but rights remain with the author. The legal framework for accessing digital electronic articles is under the Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license, which means the Krisnadana Journal (Computer, Control Systems, & Networks) has the right to store, modify, manage databases, maintain, and publish articles without the author's permission, but the author as the copyright holder retains the right to be credited as the author.
Authors publishing in the Krisnadana Journal (Computer, Control Systems, & Networks) agree to the following terms:
- Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the first publication rights with the work simultaneously licensed under the Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license, which allows others to share the work with acknowledgment of the authorship of the work and the initial publication in this journal.
- Authors are allowed to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., posting it to an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.
- Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in an institutional repository or on their website) before and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work.
